i also will never fly with this airline again, after over 100 sucessful flights with different airlines this the first time i have lost my baggage and the lack of information is utterly deplorable. I Also travelled from Manchester to Mosccow and on sitting on tarmac awaiting departure could see the problems ahead as several cases were taken away from the plane without loading, witnessing more important things like the uses of mobile phone !!!!!!!!

rather than consentrating on the dilema on why suitcases were not put into the hold for transportation for the destination.

There seemed to be problem with documentation as they were there quite a while and looked to me as if tis did not tally up. So now we are in Russia with only the clothese we stand in, lost presents and other variables lost also and NOT ONE WORD from Brussels Airlines SHOCKING DISGRACEFULL AND NO ONE GIVES A *** Paul and Natalia CARLISLE
