Brussels Airlines - Lied to and ripped off !!!!!
To keep is short , we were stuck in the airport for over 50 hours until we were told to get ourselves home and simply claim the costs back . Now we’re home the airline is refusing to cover our costs . We lost nearly 3 days and just under £2000 . Avoid using this airline if at all possible.

Brussels Airlines Baggage Policy Review
The airline with the worse customer service , all you get is a email I'd to send them an email on your issue and you would never hear back .they delayed my bag on a Christmas trip to Rome and been a month all I keep doing sending reminders with no response
