I bought a Light & Relaxed ticket in case I needed to do a cancellation.That was the case, but I had to call to Brussels because there was no way of canceling just one way.
Afterwards, they stated I'd have to wait weeks for them to proceed my refund (which I paid extra for). However,my problem is with Customer Service, because I needed the modified invoice. There is no Customer service per se unless you call Brussels. The webpage is just a set of generic guidelines that do not cover half your needs (e.g.
apply for invoice, if you are not a company) and most of the forms you can fill fail more often than not.They don't have any email, of course...
